Mental Health Workshop

The workshop considers both the social and medical models of mental health aspects to help manage and recognise issues for different people. It would focus on introducing other facets of mental health holistically. This workshop aims to increase awareness on mental health, reduce stigma associated with mental illnesses, promote information flow to break myths, and educate on the effects of inequity caused by gender, disability, race, caste, etc., based discrimination.

This workshop is open to working professionals, and school & university students.
